Tara Jaramillo visited the NMSU campus to speak to students and faculty

Tara JaramilloTara Jaramillo, a New Mexico State University alumna who founded Positive Outcomes, Inc., visited the NMSU campus Thursday, April 19, to speak to students and faculty interested in rural healthcare.

Jaramillo started Positive Outcomes in 1999 and has provided ancillary therapy to Socorro Consolidated Schools in Socorro, New Mexico, for 20 years. Positive Outcomes specializes in a holistic approach to education and therapeutic interventions for people in New Mexico with varying needs and rural health care, including physical, occupational and speech therapies; early childhood development screening; early childhood education; social work; public health; educational psychology; counseling; and adult education.
