NMSU Tech Center opening at College of Education

Ribbon cutting On Wednesday, September 27, the STEM Outreach Center and the College of Education opened its doors to the new NMSU Tech Center with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Speakers for this ceremony included NMSU’s Chancellor Garrey Carruthers, College of Education Dean Don Pope-Davis, College of Engineering Dean Lakshmi Reddi, The STEM Outreach Center Director Susan Brown and White Sands Missile Range representatives. Students from Arrowhead Park Early College High School showed off their flying skills in front of a large crowd using high tech flight simulator software. NMSU in collaboration with White Sands Missile Range is proudly introducing a fun and engaging hands-on-experience for students to participate in through this Center.
