Task Force Goals

  1. Diversify student body at all levels (i.e. undergraduate, graduate, and PhD).
  2. Serve in an advisory capacity to the COE Dean.
  3. Identify, set, or develop processes that promote equity and inclusivity within the College.
  4. Plan and make recommendations to build a positive diversity culture.
  5. Contribute to a “plan.”
  6. Diversify curriculum specifically to include NM, women, American Indians, and exceptionalities.
  7. Come with activity, discussion groups, symposia to show faculty, staff, and staff but also to engage in meaningful inclusion dialogue.
  8. Improve the diversity climate at COE.
