Dr. Henrietta Pichon was invited to become a member of the Peer Corps as a reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). HLC relies upon the work of peer reviewers for its accrediting activities. These volunteers generously share their knowledge and experience to assure and advance institutional quality. HLC maintains a Peer Corps of approximately 1,600 faculty and administrators. The peer reviewers play an incredibly important role in all stages of the accreditation process. They are responsible for assuring that an institution is complying with the accreditation criteria as well as for helping an institution advance within the context of its own mission.
