Dr. Pat Williams-Boyd “Schools as Community Hubs for Social Justice.”

Dr. Pat Williams-Boyd will be visiting Las Cruces from February 21st to February 25th. She is an Emeritus Professor in the College of Education at Eastern Michigan University. Her research focuses on Community Schools, Social Justice and Urban Education.

She will be presenting a talk on Wednesday, February 21st from 5:30-7:00 in O’Donnell 111. The title of the talk is: “Schools as Community Hubs for Social Justice.”  Please see the attached flyer for more information.
