Introduction
Your job is to research historically accurate maps of
the Santa Fe Trail. When you have found a map, you are to recreate the Santa Fe Trail onto
a game board grid. This board will be used to play the game.
- Decide on the size of your game board. Use a minimum
of one poster board.
- Your map will need: a map scale, a map legend,
compass rose, and mileage makers.
- Compare historical map to a current map.
- Leave space for graphics to make the board look more
attractive.
- Insert mountains, rivers, and other land marks.
- Please layout the rough draft in pencil and then
color it.
