When do I apply?

The application form will be available from mid-January through March.

How do I apply?

To apply for most College of Education Scholarships (other than the Diemer or French awards) please fill out the general scholarship form through the Financial Aid Office.

The application form will be available from mid-January through March.

When the form is available (in January-March) You can find the application at http://fa.nmsu.edu/sch.html or you can reach it through links from the NMSU homepage nmsu.edu. (You click on Current Students, Financial Aid, and then Scholarships. To continue, click on the link titled "2009-2010 General Scholarship Application Now Open" and then either create an account or log-in and fill out the application. You will also need to make sure you have filled out your FAFSA.) You will be contacted if you are chosen as a scholarship recipient but you will NOT be contacted if you are not chosen.

 

When you fill out the general scholarship application form for NMSU you will be applying for all of the above scholarships. You DO NOT need to apply for each scholarship individually.
