Tombaugh Field trip

The Tombaugh Elementary field trip, organized by Bernadine Cotton, Tombaugh teacher and SC2, occurred at NMSU on Oct. 23. The 4th grade students first conducted experiments at O’Donnell Hall to increase their knowledge of the human body. The students took their heart rates with new technology and compared dominant eyesight. Then the students learned about forensic science by participating in osteology labs at Kent Hall with anthropology students, measuring bones. The trip was a great success!
