Footnotes - Harvest of Dances
NMSU Dance Program's Fall Concert
You are invited to NMSU Dance Program's season opener, Harvest of Dances. Under the direction of Debra Knapp, NMSU Dance Ensemble and NMSU DanceSport Team will share an eclectic mix of contemporary Ballet, Latin ballroom, Classical Spanish, and Modern dance styles.
Joining Forces, choreographed by Debra Knapp, is an extremely energetic piece that incorporates how people learn to support one another and how we include people who are diverse in our society and culture.
Aires De Sevilla, which was choreographed by faculty member Lucilene deGeus, is a vivacious portrayal of exuberant feminine sensuality and power.
Faculty member and graduate student, Paco Antonio, has created a funky swing party entitled Bustin.Loose.
Another faculty member, Eric Fierro, has choreographed a Latin dance, Showtime. It is a medley of several different Latin dances and is performed with passionate electricity.

In her work of art, Baby Steps, senior Aimee Feuille, gives viewers a light-hearted take on the quirks experienced by mothers-to-be.
Performances will be held October 8 & 9 at 7p.m. at Alma d`Arte High School (formerly known as the Court Youth Center, 402 W. Court Ave., off Alameda Ave).
Tickets are available at the door. $8 adults, $6 seniors and students, $5 for "Friends of Dance" members.
