NCATE Open Forums

The College of Education is accredited by the National Council of Accredited Teacher Education (NCATE) and has been accredited since 1961. NCATE is one of the more rigorous accrediting agencies for professional schools and requires extensive internal review and preparation. The National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education Board of Examiners will be having Open Forums with all College of Education students and faculty. Please stop by and visit with the NCATE team.


  • Student open forum will meet on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. in O'Donnell Hall room 126. Administrators and faculty will not be attending this open forum.
  • Faculty open forum with will be on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. in O'Donnell Hall room 033. Administrators will not be attending this open forum.
