Note:
Workorders are prioritized based on the descriptions you submit, and by whether the problem is network related, print related or non-essential support. Departments are reminded that all computers within the College of Education must have current virus protections installed including scheduled updates and email protection.
Laptop support is taken care of in the LRC. Please bring all cables and network devices and drives (CDROM drive) with your laptop when you request service. Personal equipment support is not available. It is easier for us to provide new system installations if the new computer is brought to the LRC. We will not need the monitor unless you have purchased a non-standard device.
