Paso del Norte Begin at Birth/ NMSU Parent Education Network: Proyecto Avanzar P.L.A.C.E. La Vida Institute.

Dove Learning Center/ La Vida Institute will establish a Parent Education Network to provide

• Networking
• Mentoring
• Support, and
• Professional Development

to Parent Educators funded by Begin at Birth and other Parent Educators in the areas of Southern New Mexico, El Paso, and Cuidad Juarez.

Project P.L.A.C.E is a cooperative effort of the New Mexico Early Childhood Higher Education Task Force and New Mexico State University. Project P.L.A.C.E is by a grant from CYFD Region Head Start (Teacher Quality, Teacher Care and UNM/CYFD PLA)
