Michael Morehead has been named the 19th Dean of the New Mexico State University College of Education.  

With 35 years of experience, he has articulated five priority areas for the College to pursue over the next several years:

  • Research excellence
  • Partnerships with public schools and other institutions
  • Border issues
  • New technologies in instruction
  • External support
