GINGER L. DICKSON

Ginger Dickson is an assistant professor at NMSU. She received her Ph.D. in counselor education from the University of Iowa. Prior to coming to NMSU, she taught in the counseling programs at Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri and the University of Texas at El Paso. Dr. Dickson’s research interests include multicultural counselor training, diversity issues, social justice, counselor development and training, and career development. She is a member of the American Counseling Association with divisional membership in the National Career Development Association, Association for Multicultural Counseling and Development, Association for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Issues, Association for Counselor Education and Supervision, and Counselors for Social Justice.
