NMSU School For Young Children Half-day Program
The NMSU School For Young Children Erma Dicks Carter Classroom (half day) provides an age-appropriate classroom for children ages three to five. The staff believes that children learn through play and that children’s interests are the foundation for learning. Because of these beliefs, the preschool provides a play-based curriculum in which children choose from a wide variety of activities -some child-initiated, some teacher-initiated. This approach is inspired by the pre-primary schools of Reggio Emilia, Italy. |
