L.C.D.F Early Head Start Program

La Clínica de Familia, Inc. /Primero Los Niños (PLN)/Early Head Start is a free, federally funded, community-based program for low-income families with infants and toddlers through 3 years of age and pregnant women. The purpose of PLN/Early Head Start is to enhance children’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development, to assist parents in fulfilling their parental roles, and to help parents move towards self-sufficiency.
The year-round program is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
